medium to large-sized networks, and individuals seeking Cisco Certified Networking
Professional certification.
Prerequisite knowledge includes:
- knowledge of IP, including the ability to perform IP subnetting on non-octal boundaries
- ability to configure IP standard and extended access lists
- distance-vector routing protocol operation and configuration
- ability to interpret a Cisco routing table.
**Due to the fast-pace and amount of material to be covered in all CCNP classes, it is
highly recommended that you have passed the CCNA certification exam and have at least one
year experience in a networking environment.
